We take care to pack all orders securely and dispatch them once a week, typically at the end of the week. Orders are shipped from Brighton, United Kingdom. We are continuously working to expand our delivery options and destinations.

SHIPPING RATES PER DESTINATION

• UK – Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 Business Days) – £6

• EU – International Royal Mail (3-5 Business Days) – £16

• North America, Asia – International Royal Mail (6-7 business days) – £20

• Rest of World – International Royal Mail (6-7 Business Days) – £18

These are flat-rate shipping costs, meaning that the rate remains the same whether you purchase one or multiple items.

Rest of World Import Dutiy and Tracking

Please note that customers are responsible for paying any import duties imposed by local customs authorities. When importing items outside of the UK, customs inspections may be required. We always provide complete and accurate paperwork to help ensure that any inspections proceed smoothly. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs processing times.

We ship all our orders with tracking. However, some destinations may not support tracking within the Royal Mail service. CUSTOMS CHARGES & IMPORT DUTY

If you are ordering from outside the UK, please be aware that your order may be subject to customs inspections, for which we provide the necessary paperwork to facilitate smooth processing. However, we cannot control or expedite customs clearance times.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs charges or import taxes that may apply. Fees may vary based on the product and destination country, so please check with your local customs agency for details. These fees are not included in the purchase price and must be covered by the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

We trully hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however if you change your mind for whatever reason we will happily exchange your item or refund your purchase. Please return your item(s) unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving. Exchanges can be made providing the new size is available and in-stock.
